I recently had my roof and gutters replaced after hail damage, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. At first, my insurance company only approved a small repair, but the roofing company really went to bat for me. They took the time to explain why that type of repair could lead to future leaking issues and advocated on my behalf. After a lot of persistence, the insurance company agreed that a full roof replacement,along with new gutters, was the right call. What a relief for me! Throughout the entire process, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with—from the business owner to the laborers to the roof inspector. You can tell they take pride in both their work and how they treat their customers. Even after the job was completed, when I had a small question/concern, they responded right away and sent someone out promptly to take care of it. That level of follow-through really stood out to me. Overall, this was a smooth, fast, and positive experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors. And now I don’t have to worry about any issues with my roof for many years to come but if I should get more weather damage, I will for sure reach out to them once again.
