Cannot say enough nice things about Solex! I moved over to them after a dismal experience I had with another payroll company where I was just getting pushed aside due to my company's size.. Sam jumped right in to get things set up. Nick added a huge amount of day to day support for me at the transition and initial weeks post-conversion as well as a few months later when we added a 401k component to the company. Being a small business usually means you have to do everything because no service providers want to deal with the small fish. Solex made me feel like the big fish even if I am still in a small pond.

After having a rough time logging in on my old computer I finally called the office at first no one could figure out my problem until Haley answered she went above and beyond to help me figure out my situation. Haley literally spent 1 hours to help me finish my new hire paperwork She had the patience of a saint and got me through. Thanks 🙏🏼 Haley your truly a great representative of this company!!!

I have been with Selex for maybe 5 or 6 years now. I have been very grateful for the service I have received. I did switch from one of the huge national companies for payroll. Unfortunately, the previous company was not handling my business' quarterly payments to the state properly, leaving me with penalty fees and leaving me alone to "fix" it. (This happened more than once.) Once I switched to Solex, not only did they assist me with correcting the previous errors with the state, but any little question I have, they are always quick to assist me. I have other friends and family who use Solex for their businesses as well. Can't speak more highly of my experiences thus far.

I've been using Solex for about 8 years and they have always been wonderful. Anytime I have had a question, or needed a special form or anything like that, they have always gotten right back to me. I usually work with Kimberly and she is so helpful!
