Solid Plumbing & Drains provided outstanding five-star service during a sewer emergency. Our sewer line was backing up into the shower drains after hours, and they arrived within one hour of our call.
The technician was friendly and professional. He inspected the property, checked the exterior cleanouts, and determined that one was holding water. Before beginning, he explained the problem and gave us an upfront price with no hidden fees. He snaked the sewer line several times until the blockage cleared, then used a sewer camera and found roots growing inside the line.
They recommended hydro jetting to thoroughly remove the roots and improve the flow. There was absolutely no pressure, and the price was fair, so we approved the work. The crew hydro jetted and camera-inspected the line until the roots were cleared. They were also honest in explaining that the roots could eventually grow back and that hydro jetting would buy us time before considering a permanent repair.
Thanks to Mario and the entire crew, our sewer system was back in service that same night, allowing us to clean up and use everything normally again. Everyone was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. We highly recommend Solid Plumbing & Drains to anyone needing reliable emergency plumbing service. Thank you, Mario and team!

Solid Plumbing & Drains completed a major plumbing project after a pipe burst in my home. They carefully evaluated the entire plumbing system, explained their recommendations, and provided an upfront price with no hidden fees. I approved a complete repipe of the house, and all of their work was guaranteed. The price was very fair for the size and quality of the project.
During the work, they found a few miscellaneous items that needed attention, but they made it clear they were not going to nickel-and-dime me. They replaced a couple of outside hose bibs, installed a new pressure regulator, and added an outside ball valve at no additional charge.
The entire crew was honest, professional, clean, and respectful of my home. Their trucks were clean, the technicians arrived in professional uniforms, and they wore protective booties over their shoes inside the house. They kept everything neat throughout the project and cleaned up after themselves.
I am extremely pleased with Mario and the entire crew at Solid Plumbing & Drains. The quality of their work and customer service exceeded my expectations, and I will not use any other plumbing company in the future. I highly recommend them!
