Solutions Electricians Inc

Solutions Electricians Inc. did an excellent job with the electrical work in our remodeling project in Fort Wayne. We had a long list of items that needed attention, including repairs, checks, and updates to several parts of the home’s wiring and electrical devices. Both times Luis and Miguel came out, I could not be there in person, so I left them a detailed list. They handled everything carefully, worked through each item, and made sure the electrical issues were taken care of the right way. They also shared smart, cost-effective ideas for improving the system without doing more work than necessary. It was clear they understand switches, outlets, and general residential electrical work very well. Because of the quality of their work, I plan to have them return to replace all the switches and plugs in the house. They do solid work, communicate well, and clearly know what they are doing.

At first, the appointment looked like it would be a few days out, but after I explained the electrical issue, Solutions Electricians Inc. understood it needed quick attention and fit me in the same day. Miguel and Luis arrived promptly, were friendly, and clearly knew their electrical work. Even though they were young, they were very professional and quickly traced the problem within minutes. The repair was fast and done right, and they also labeled the breaker panel so it is much easier to know which circuits go where in the future. That extra step was really helpful and showed great attention to detail. I would gladly call them again for any electrical service.

This was my first time using an electrician from this company, and it definitely will not be my last. Johnathan arrived, quickly found the electrical issue, and clearly explained what was causing the problem and what needed to be repaired. He walked me through each step, showed me anything important with the wiring and connection, and made sure I understood the work being done. He even took the extra time to replace the dryer cord and confirm everything was working safely. I was very happy with the electrical service and really glad I called them.

Working with Solutions Electricians Inc. was a great experience. The crew installed two new ceiling lights for me and did excellent work, making sure the fixtures were secure, properly wired, and looked great once the power was back on. I also had a problem with a ceiling fan, and Miguel took the time to inspect it, explain the issue in simple terms, and go over my repair and replacement options without any pressure. I really appreciated how patient and respectful the electricians were in my home. I have a small dog that usually does not like strangers, but they stayed calm and friendly, and before long she was following them around while they worked. That kind of care and professionalism meant a lot. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the staff was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Their pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality of the electrical service. I would gladly call them again for any lighting, ceiling fan, or other home electrical work in Fort Wayne.

Luis handled a few small electrical jobs for us recently, including replacing a light switch and installing a new bathroom outlet. He was clear and upfront about the work, especially the possible risk of opening the wall near the wiring, and he explained everything in simple terms. Even better, he finished the job cleanly with no wall damage at all. While he was here, he also took the time to troubleshoot a problem with our kitchen outlets and got everything working safely again. He worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and made sure the electrical work was done right. The pricing was fair and honest, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Luis will definitely be the first person I call for any future electrical repairs or outlet and wiring work.
