Google reviewers rate Sonnie's Tire Shop 4.9 out of 5 based on 124 reviews, frequently praising quick service, fair pricing, and professional communication for tire repairs and replacements. Positive feedback highlights the staff's ability to provide multiple options and handle urgent roadside issues efficiently. Shaqaill Kidd and his cronies are scam artists. They will sell you tires that are almost completely bald and misrepresent their condition beforehand. Look at the pictures I attached. The gentleman who installed the tires said the tires I would be receiving would have 80-90% tread remaining. None of the tires fit that category. Don't say I didn't warn you. Don't trust any of his employees.

We take these accusations very seriously because customer safety, honesty, and quality are our first and foremost priorities. Our shop does not sell bald tires, and we would never knowingly put a customer’s safety at risk.
The tread depth gauge shown in your photo was provided by our shop to help demonstrate and verify the condition of the tires. We believe in transparency and making sure our customers understand the condition of the products they receive.
We stand behind our business, our employees, and the service we provide. We respectfully disagree with the claims made in this review and invite anyone with concerns to contact us directly so we can address them professionally and review the details.
To our customers and community, please consider our overall reputation and the experiences of the many customers we have served. One negative review does not define our business. We will continue to put safety, honesty, and customer satisfaction first. Thank you to everyone who continues to support Sonnie’s Tire Shop.
We called ahead of time and asked if they had the right tire, they said for a used tire replacement it would be $50 on my Honda CRV. Drove down there and I also needed the spare to be patched ($25)or plugged ($15) and they went ahead and patched it for $15 because there was a miscommunication, we said plug and they patched it instead, but they were kind enough to honor the price that was quoted for the plug!! Great guys! Had us outta there and back on the road in no time at all! Thanks. Will definitely recommend!
I believe in supporting local neighborhood, small businesses, but I don’t give reviews unless the service is exceptional. This is a small family operation and they Earned my respect and business. Fast courteous and professional and prices were much better than expected. Even compared to the big box stores. Recommend 100%!
Sonnie came out to look at my aging Mazda 3. His shop did not have the unusual tire size but, he took the time to call and find a shop that had the proper size! No BS. No hard sell! One of the few honest mechanics left. Also, he is very knowledgeable in his profession! Consider Sonnie's shop for an honest deal.
