Sonoma Legal Services is an excellent firm for process service in the Bay Area and points north. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very thorough. Branden has been incredibly helpful and diligent in all our interactions, and his customer service and integrity go beyond expectation.
I cannot recommend Sonoma Legal highly enough. I live in Mexico and was facing a very tight deadline to obtain California documents for my upcoming marriage. I needed certified court records retrieved in Sonoma County, birth certificates picked up from my sister in Petaluma, documents rushed to Sacramento for apostilles, scans sent to me immediately afterward, and the originals shipped internationally to Mexico. Branden took ownership of the entire process and handled every step with incredible speed, efficiency, communication, and genuine care. He retrieved my court documents almost immediately, coordinated directly with my sister, got everything to Sacramento on time, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure the completed documents were safely sent to me in Mexico. What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was simply another job being processed. Branden genuinely cared about the outcome and understood how important and time-sensitive this was for me. Even after the documents were shipped, he was personally checking the tracking and hoping they would arrive safely and on time. Everything arrived successfully, and because of Branden and Sonoma Legal, what initially felt like an extremely complicated situation became manageable. It truly felt like a miracle to me. If you need someone dependable, responsive, resourceful, and genuinely committed to helping you get something important done, I would recommend Sonoma Legal without hesitation. Not sure where to start with this review, but in two words: absolutely amazing. Dealing with court matters can be incredibly stressful for a layperson. Brandon helped walk me through each step of the process, and the communication was outstanding. This is one of those companies you wish you could hire for every challenge in life. Branden was absolutely wonderful and I’m so grateful for the assistance with serving my legal documents. He took the time to explain the process to me and even answered my “what-if” questions. The rates at Sonoma Legal were very reasonable and my order was completed the next business day. I highly recommend Sonoma Legal. They are top notch, very professional and efficient. Brandon was able to locate the person I needed who had proven hard to find by the Sheriff's Dept. Their protocols when serving the affidavit, including recording and taking photos of the process protected me when the person I sued lied to the court. Thank you, Sonoma Legal LLC!
Had to hire someone to serve papers to someone located in Sonoma County who has been avoiding service. They were unfortunately unable to locate the party (at now fault of their own), but provided excellent additional information from their reports.
