Very efficient job. Arrived on time got my dryer vent cleaned out quickly and it was much needed! Tyler was very friendly and courteous. Would use sooner restoration again

Both techs were extremely friendly and very professional. They explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had.
Don was our service tech and added a few outdoor cushions to our original order for furniture cleaning when we asked. He was so professional, friendly, and efficient. He also helped us get our dogs to a room so they would be out of the way. They were following him everywhere and wanted him pet them, so they had to have a time out! Ha Great job! We used Sooner carpet frequently over the years and will Continue to do so.

Such a quick an easy process from beginning to end. Evelyn was super friendly and helpful when we first scheduled our appointment. Also, Todd and his team provided exceptional chimney cleaning service at our home today. They arrived promptly, were very professional and courteous and delivered high-quality work. Notably, Todd went above and beyond by returning during his lunch break to refund an overpayment, which reflected integrity and respect.
