Ashley did a fantastic job today. She tackled the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the bedroom windows, and everything looks spotless. The timing couldn't be better since we have family coming next weekend. She was thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I'd happily hire her again and recommend her to anyone.

Today our home was cleaned by Sophia’s Cleaning Service. This is the second time this year we have contracted with them to do a deep clean of our three-story townhouse. With each visit, the staff from Sophia’s Cleaning showed up exactly on time, were very courteous to us, respectful of our home and kind to our furry pets. Today’s cleaning was provided by Alyssa, who is a serious, industrious and kind professional.
Cleaning a home with over three levels can be additionally challenging due to having to run up and down the stairs. During her time with us today, Alyssa vacuumed all the rugs, washed the inside of every single window pane and cleaned 1300 sq ft of wood and vinyl floors with great care. This included the 32 steps that lead from the bottom of the first level to the top of the third.
In addition to her superlative cleaning, Alyssa changed out the bed linens and made the beds, installed our new curtain and liner in the shower, and gave every sq ft of our townhouse her professional and undivided attention.
Alyssa cleaned the kitchen and three bathrooms in a systematic and very detailed fashion. We appreciate that she took great care to use the specific products we provided that are necessary for the different kinds of stone, wood and ceramic materials used in each of these rooms.
We are very impressed with Sophia’s Cleaning Service, and especially Alyssa: who came and cleaned our house today with great respect, care and professionalism.

Holly, thank you so much for taking the time to write all of this out! Three floors and 32 steps is no small job, and it sounds like Alyssa took care of every inch of it. We're passing your review along to her today, she's going to love reading it. We're glad your furry crew was happy too. Thanks for having us back twice this year, we'll see you next time!

Sophia’s Cleaning service is so wonderful! They came recommended by my neighbor and I can see why! Jannette and her team come monthly and they are always so friendly, professional, thorough, and even my senior cat loves them!
The ability to text with office staff rather than call helps my busy schedule tremendously. And the option to cancel or reschedule if needed is wonderful.
If you are looking for a cleaning team, this is the one. My home always feels so much better after their visits!

Thank you so much, Macy! We’re grateful your neighbor sent you our way, and we’ll make sure Jannette and her team hear your kind words (and that your senior cat approves). Texting with our office is one of the easiest ways to stay on top of things with a busy schedule, so we’re glad it’s working well for you. Plus, our rescheduling flexibility is there to make life simpler, not harder. Thanks for trusting Sophia’s Cleaning Service with your home every month. We look forward to the next visit!
