Customers frequently cite punctual arrivals, clear communication, and detailed installation work for windows and doors. Sales staff are described as helpful in providing estimates and navigating complex home requirements. However, low-star reviews highlight inconsistent customer service, including condescending interactions at specific branches and unexplained project cancellations or unreturned phone calls.

Great over all experience! I'm so glad I backed out of another window deal, I got good prices from a non nonsense salesman, and the installer, Pawel, the installer, was absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with. This guy went the extra mile, full focus and effort, every step of the way, and delivered on communication, attention to detail and quality. I don't know what he's paid, but it cannot possibly be enough.
Price assessment: Great price

Sound view helped me after I had a poor time with a previous contractor, and I was impressed by how easily they handled picking up on someone else's work. I got 5 windows for the price others had quoted me for 4, and the work quality was great. They were able to work with my HOA's rules for installation and they look fantastic. The contractors they worked with had great expertise and clearly knew a lot about the business. I'll certainly be recommending them to several of my clients.

We have had two wonderful experiences with Sound View. Most recently we had a new back door installed by Powel. He did an incredible job! He brings integrity and skill to his work and has a wonderful attitude. Really enjoyed working with him and everyone at Sound View. Thank you!
Pawel came in and did an amazing job on our front and back door. He went above and beyond in framing and making sure everything was perfect. Thanks Pawel!
Oliver did a fantastic job of replacing several windows. He was extremely polite, explained everything that was happening, showed up on time every day, and educated me on what to look for in installation evaluation.
Excellent communication. Installer was very personable, skilled and professional. He worked hard in windy and rainy weather conditions. Window looks great!
