I highly recommend this cleaning service! We had a little confusion at first about the start time and address, but once the team arrived, they transformed the house. The attention to detail was incredible! They polished the mirrors inside the medicine cabinet and cleaned the stove’s exhaust fan—things I would never have thought to do. They got the bathroom cleaner than I ever could. Everything looked wonderful, and it was clear they took real pride in their work. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend them!

We are so happy to have found Sousa Sisters! We needed to do a deep clean of our house on short notice (within two days) and out of the companies we contacted, Sousa Sisters was the most prompt to respond and provided a very reasonable estimate. Communication with Eda, who handled the initial consultation and scheduling, was easy over phone and text message. The job included a very greasy stove/oven, dusty old heating vents, and lots of detailed San Francisco baseboards/trim, and Eda assured me on a video consultation that this would be no problem. The cleaners came two days later and went above and beyond! It took roughly three hours for a deep clean, and everything looks amazing. I didn't think the stove or sink could get that clean! We're still discovering newly-sparkling corners of the house (the bathroom lights! the inside of the trash can!) and realizing how long overdue this was. Thank you Sousa Sisters!!

Very smooth cleaning experience - hopped on a call with them beforehand so they could evaluate my needs clearly and give me a realistic estimate for cleaning which I appreciated. When they came to clean, it was very fast and not intrusive at all. Did not even realize they were there!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was a standout. They kept me updated throughout the service, and at one point even emailed to flag that a bobblehead in my son's room was missing an arm before they'd touched it, just so there was no confusion about liability. Small thing, but it said a lot about how they operate — honest and careful with your belongings. The staff was friendly and professional, and the house was left absolutely sparkling. Payment online was easy and convenient. Would recommend without hesitation and will be booking again.

I can update my review once they start regular cleaning but the first deep clean they provided was excellent. They cleaned every surface in my house we mentioned and even those we did not know needed cleaning. The cleaners were incredibly careful not to break anything (we've had cleaners from a different company who would break items and put them back without saying anything). The office communication was also easy and responsive! I would highly recommend Sousa Sisters Cleaning. Update: they've been regularly cleaning my house for more than a year now and have continued providing exceptional service. They'll note when specific areas of the house need additional cleaning and are always incredibly communicative through texts.
