My daughter started dancing here in Spring of 2021. Over 5 years later, and we are still here and LOVING it! SFDC is truly the place to go to learn all types of dance with THE best instructors out there. Not to mention their competitive team rocks the house at competitions. Come and see for yourself! Both my son and daughter have danced at SFDC for over four years. We absolutely love it here! The teachers and staff are so encouraging and really try to help each child reach their potential. They put together top notch shows that really showcase all of the kids' talent. My kids can't wait to come to dance class each day!

I picked this dance school for my daughter mainly because of the boasting reviews but also because of the convenience of their class schedules. So far i think she's been attending for a little over 6 months. Since this is my daughters first year I chose to not participate int the recital this year. I planned on letting her attend next year. So the only issue I have is that when I called on June 2nd about being charged the full price for her class because I didn't think there would be classes at all for summer unless it's the summer intensive and they assured me there would be classes all the way through the end of the month. We'll that wasnt exactly true because the last week is the recital so theres really only 3 classes for the month. Not bad but then when I bring her in I'm told that the week before recital the girls are only going to be trying on their costumes and doing the dance and then class is over pretty quickly after that. So again since my child isn't going to perform it doesn't benefit her much to be there but since I'm charged full price for the month I decided I'll bring her anyway but if you chose for your child not to participate in the recital their first year, depending when they start classes, just be sure you're fully aware of how this works. If this had been explained to be before I wouldn't bring my daughter in at all for the month and would've just registered her for the following season.

We base our tuition off of a 10 month 40 week dance season. For consistency in billing we bill the same amount monthly. This way families have the set amount to budget for each month. There are some months with nearly 5 weeks of class and some with less depending on holiday breaks, recital activities, etc. It is too difficult to vary tuition monthly, so we total and average it out over the 10 month span and bill each month the same amount. This way even for students starting at a different point in the season they are receiving the same averaged monthly tuition billing as students that started in the beginning of the season.
We know your daughter is not participating in the recital this season and also understand your reason why. I hope I was able to explain our billing set up in a way that makes a little more sense.
