I took my teacup Maltese dog, Betty White to SPH after not being able to get her in at SPCA which is her normal veterinarian to get travel documention. .
The entire experience was superb! They first sent us reminders for our upcoming visit and reached out to ass Some clarifying questions to ensure they knew what we needed.
When we arrived ; They checked us in right away. The facilities were clean and really nice. Maria, assistant was so friendly, comprehensive & caring. She also explained the options and costs ahead of time. Loved her. The vet came in and she also had such a pleasant and informative approach.
Betty and I both were very happy with the entire experience

My healthy 3 yr old shitpoo mix went in for a wellness check and bordatella vaccine. I left with helpful advice on his eyes and teeth. I like that even if he was healthy, we still received advice on maintaining his wellbeing.

I have been bringing my Doberman Penny here since she was about 5 months old for every reason under the sun. She’s a very anxious girl but has come to the point where she naps while she waits on her test results—a true testament to how comfortable this place makes her! It has never felt like a sales pitch in there, only recommending what’s necessary and looking out for her best interest. We moved out of SF over a year ago and still make the drive out because we always have such a great experience. We will be moving out of state soon and are going to miss her favorite vet tech dearly. Please do yourself a favor and make South Park your main vet office if you haven’t already!

It’s been so wonderful watching Penny grow up and seeing how much more comfortable she’s become with us over the years! Every person at this office - from the front desk to the Veterinarians - are really great! The communication between patient and staff is efficient, clear, accommodating and highly responsive. All seem to genuinely care about animals and the pets in their care.
The vets are very knowledgeable, thorough, and actually take the time to understand the animal and the human's wants and needs - it doesn't feel rushed like many doctor/vet appointments. They do what's in the best interest of our furry best friends.
I never felt pressured or guilty if I did not follow their recommendations if it came to an expensive but not necessarily urgent procedure.
I'm moving out of state and I, as well as my rescue dog, will no doubt miss the care and affection received from the entire staff.

I had a wonderful experience with South Park animal hospital for my cat, Pookie. I called in the morning hoping to get an appointment, and by noon, he had already been seen. They were able to complete his blood work and X-rays right away, which I greatly appreciated.
I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everything was explained clearly, and the staff took the time to discuss the findings and proposed treatment plan with me. I truly felt that Pookie was in caring and capable hands.
I’m very grateful for how quickly they accommodated us and for the thoughtful, professional care Pookie received. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at South Park super friendly and patient staff. One of my dogs is super anxious at the vet so they were really friendly and able to work with me to get my little guy calm for the visit with lots of love and pets (he was jealous of his brother getting all the attention )
