Been taking our dogs here for years. But the past few years every time we tried scheduling an appointment it would be 3 to 6 months out. Today they canceled an appointment because my wife left a 2 star review 7 years ago. That's why the appointments were always months away. Because of a review. So they just lost my 5 star review from 5 years ago. So when our dog organs started to fail a few years ago that they saw for years and couldn't see him was because of a 2 star review. DO NOT GO HERE.
There is no plus side to this place. The doctors decided that they would part ways via AI instead of giving us a call. Then we called and the most unpleasant manager of the front desk answered. Hung up on me twice. Please think twice before you go here. You will be walking on eggshells the whole time. Never know when these doctors will toss you out because you hurt their feelings.
The staff is always excited to see my babies and this makes it a positive experience for them which is so appreciated
