Zachary was outstanding to work with on my home inspection. He scheduled the inspection right away and explained all the findings at the inspection. The written report was provided that same day. Great communication skills! Thank you, Zachary, for all your help.
Zachary of South Star performed a house inspection for me on an older home. Since I live out of state, I needed him to be extra thorough and document everything that appeared to be problematic. He was super thorough and wrote a detailed report with pictures. How the transaction unfolded, and his communication was easy. I would definitely recommend his professional services.
Zachary was outstanding from start to finish. His communication was on point, and he was extremely thorough in both his walkthrough and his findings. What really set him apart, though, was how much he genuinely cares about his clients. He didn’t just inspect the home…he took the time to educate us, explain everything clearly, and make sure we understood what we were looking at. That level of detail and care is rare. Highly recommend.
Zachery did a very thorough inspection! He really goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. The report tools he has are also great for agents. Highly recommend!
If home inspections were an Olympic sport, Zachary Mills at South Star Home Inspections LLC wouldn't just take home the gold—they’d name the stadium after him! From the moment we first connected, Zachary’s communication was nothing short of elite. Before he even set foot on the property, he laid out every detail with military precision, making sure I knew exactly what to expect. There was zero guesswork, zero hassle, and instant clarity. Then came the inspection itself, and calling it "thorough" would be the understatement of the century. Zachary conducted a masterclass in property evaluation. No tiny detail escaped his radar, no matter how obscure or hidden. After wrap-up, the stellar communication continued seamlessly. He walked me through every finding, breaking down complex technical details into clear, actionable insights without a shred of fluff. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Zachary was very thorough in the inspection he did for us. He took time to explain everything and answered any question we had. We would definitely recommend this company.
I was amazed at everything he found at our new house. Most inspectors wouldn’t go up on the roof or test appliances in a brand new home, but we are very happy he did. He found 36 items, most important, that when fixed will help us live in a great home for years to come. Zachary provided a walk-through after he was finished and showed us what he found and patiently answered our questions. He was very pleasant and professional.
