Very happy with Southern Customs Roofing. The experience was professional from start to finish. The roofing crew worked diligently over 12 hours to make sure everything was perfect. Ashley was instrumental in securing an insurance claim for previous damage. I will confidently recommend this company to anyone that needs roofing service. They are amazing !

Ashely and another employee banged on my door and rang the bell after 6pm. They told me I had some lose shingles and I thanked them and said I’ve got a roofing company. She offered to leave her card and I asked her not to but she did anyway. I have posted no soliciting on my door and the cameras caught her looking at the posted signs and discussing where to go next while standing in front of my home. Even if half the roof is missing I’m not doing business with someone who is this Blatantly disrespectful.
They was so professional. Fixed so many problems. Let me know process all day. Management on site all day. Kimberly Gaway. Was awesome of keeping us aware of progress.

They did a good job of communicating with an insurance company like Allstate getting them to include it in the coverage. It took some time, but it did work out fine at the end. The installation process itself went smooth and they finished it up really good. I am totally satisfied with their service before, during and after the installation and would highly recommend them for their professionalism and service.
