Bought a S150 swim spa and Southern Leisure and Justin went above and beyond with both order, delivery, and helping when we had issues with the stairs we bought. We love our Bullfrog Swim Spa!

Beware! When you purchase a rather expensive hot tub with 3 year warranty (or however long) , it’s not a “true” warranty! They charge a service fee and if you live further than 30 miles, they charge you mileage fees! I had a hose that blew off because the manufacturer didn’t glue properly. Southern leisure got me scheduled and were there on time! Chris did an awesome job, but they charged my cc $190. They did give me a $65 credit, but in my years of buying things, a warranty is not a profitable service, but that is what southern leisure is making it!

Our warranty covers parts and defects, but service calls and mileage outside our standard service area can incur fees, and I apologize if that wasn’t clearly explained at purchase.
