I have seen a lot of therapists and thought after my appointments, man these people have no idea what I’m trying to express. I have never once felt that way with Jeff, nor have I ever said something and thought or felt like I was being judged. You can tell he truly enjoys helping people and enjoys listening to you no matter how long it takes even if the time of your appointment is going over ! If your thinking about choosing Jeff as your therapist your making a great decision. I know when I was recommended to him he was booked 2 months out but he is worth the wait !

Use spruce to communicate because it gives me a way to communicate quick and easy with the entire team rather than having to call and do a bunch of other things.
