I had a building built and needed the ground leveled out and compacted for the next step of having the concrete slab poured. Southern pines came out and did a great job. Got it very level , used really nice equipment and lasers. When they were done the SB2 and shale mixture was extremely solid. Iv used them twice…

We had retaining walls installed in 2024. The walls were installed affordably and really added to the appeal of our property. I think it helped us to sell the house in 2025. Also, when the buyer's home inspector noticed some loose stones in the walls, Patrick went and fixed the issue quickly.

Patrick did amazing work. Most of the teams I spoke with used the eye test for grading work. Patrick does not, his use of lasers on my property left it perfectly graded. Would absolutely use again.

He not only delivered on that vision but exceeded our expectations.
Throughout the project, Patrick went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, from finding the right oversized river rock for the retaining wall to helping with the finishing touches around the recessed playground pad we built for our little kiddos. His attention to detail made a huge difference.
I’ve already recommended Southern Pines to others and won’t hesitate to do so again.

I had a French drain installed a few years ago and to this day it does fantastic. Definitely call them for any Drainage/ landscaping or ground work.

Hired Southern Pines to install a French Drain as well as grade a portion of our property. Additionally, come spring, we'll have sod laid out in our backyard. Patrick was thorough and ensured the job was done properly and in a timely manner. Competitively priced. Would recommend for your hardscaping needs.

We worked with Patrick from Southern Pines Landscaping and he was wonderful. Always kept in communication with us in regards to scheduling. They installed a dry river bed in our backyard to help with flooding issues we were experiencing. He was very professional and the work was excellent. So far its done its job and held up nicely. I would highly recommend Patrick and this company.
