I recently purchased some of their in stock carpet for my new home and the staff was extremely helpful when making my selection. Once we picked it out they helped me find an installer. The initial installer had a conflict arise and the owner, Tom, helped coordinate an installer coming out with less than 48 hours notice. I appreciate their great service and would highly recommend!

We bought some beautiful carpet here for 2 bedrooms. It looks and feels so good! We had a great buying experience. They gave me several installers to try and we found Eric, who did an excellent job. I will definitely return here when I need carpet.

Purchased a few times from here. 10/10 will always come back. Employees are nice. Selection is usually pretty good and prices are better than elsewhere. You can't go wrong supporting this small business.

My family has bought rugs and carpet from Southside Carpet for 40 years. My parents bought from them and when I moved out on my own 40 years ago I bought from them, mainly area rugs. What I love is the selection of sizes and styles and that they are already bounded. They also will cut pads to size for a perfect fit. I have never had a problem with the staff. They have been friendly and helpful always. I have looked at other rug places around in the past but I don’t waste my time anymore. I can always find something I like in the quality, size, color or pattern I need and they do the rest for me!! Of course they have lots of rolled carpet to personally cut to size and install. My only wish is they were open on Sundays lol. This is my latest purchase for my newly remodeled basement $189 for a 9x12, pad was cut for around $65 and it was cut perfect, no taping pieces together. Love love love it!! Now will go back for an 8x10 for the other section of the room!! Thank you Southside for the many years of making me happy!

I absolutely love this place! They have an awesome selection and the prices are incredible. We've used Southside at several properties over the past 15 years, and I keep coming back. High end reminents and a nice selection of carpet to re-carpet an entire house. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great deals for quality carpet remnants. We’ve used them twice for stair carpet and both times have been an excellent shopping experience, with friendly help. Bonus~ our carpet guy will pick up directly from store! Would highly recommend 🤝

Sick of terrible online rugs? Go to Southside Carpet. They have incredibly dense and soft plain area rugs for about $100. They also have a selection of stylish rugs that you’d expect online for hundreds of dollars. By buying in person you can actually make sure the carpet is a nice texture. They don’t have many (any?) woven or wool rugs though. I also had great luck buying one of their remnants for a bedroom. Again, perhaps the nicest carpet I’ve ever felt purchased for $14 per yard. It was supposedly irregularly colored, but once rolled out it was flawless. Milage may vary, but incredible deals exist here. They’re an outlet not looking to upsell you. If you’re looking for a white glove purchase experience, this is not the place to go. People weren’t rude, just not in sales mode.

This was the most rude service I've had in over a decade! I was there to buy an entire house full of carpet and was treated like a second class citizen. They apparently didn't need my business the way they brushed us off. I would recommend any place other than here! If I could give them a negative star rating they'd have it! 😡😞
