Customers frequently praise the company for its punctuality, professional demeanor, and efficient same-day service, noting that crews are often friendly and communicative. However, several reviewers criticize the pricing as excessive or uncompetitive, particularly for small jobs or specific add-on fees like moving items to the truck. While most experiences are positive, some complaints mention property damage during removal or issues with appointment scheduling reliability.

Jordan and Gabriel came out and gave us wonderful great service. They were polite. They were confident, they were conversational with us ,interested in our business which was always nice and they took everything out as if it didn’t weigh a thing. We appreciate you both and we look forward to working with you in the future. I will definitely refer your business when anyone needs it. Thank you, Patricia with Zest Atlanta Catering.
