We love our Patio Covers. This was a long process, and Southwest did an outstanding job. Demo of back and front, new footings, support of pre-existing patio roof/top that was built into the new patio. What I have really come to appreciate are all the ideas & suggestions that Southwest had for us. We went with those. And....it Really turned out nice. Very happy.

We recently hired Southwest to design and build and install a pergola out of Aluma wood. Our old patio cover was 25 years old, made of wood, and ready to come down.
The entire event was a great pleasure. From initial discussion to final design Southwest Builders was with us all the way.
The final Pergola is outstanding And we are very happy with it and we expect to get a lot of enjoyment out of it in the years ahead.
This is the team you want to choose if you are going to have something built to very high standards at your property.

Southwest did a great job installing my pergola's! We went through all the options and reached a reasonable price. They also worked with my landscapers to complete both projects in the correct order, pour the foundation, landscaping, pergola.
Response from the owner · 7 months ago
Thanks, Dave! We're glad you’re pleased with the installation of your pergolas and that we could work through the options to reach a reasonable price. It was a pleasure coordinating with your landscapers to ensure the correct order of work—foundation, landscaping, then pergola. If you need any follow-up or have future projects, please reach out.

Tom, the owner, graciously provided multiple quotes as we were unsure what we wanted. Josh and Johnny were assigned to the project and kept me apprised of progress. After patio was complete, Tom reached out to me to make sure I was happy with the results. I had one small concern that he quickly addressed. Thank you for the beautiful patio.
