We hired this company a few months ago to design and build our backyard landscape. At first we met with the sales rep., Oscar. He painted us a great sales pitch, showing us pictures and said the company would handle the plans for approval of the HOA. We were very happy. That’s when everything went to heck. To make a long story short. The employees and foreman responsible for the project did a terrible job. And to get them to address the problems, months later nothing but lip service. Even Oscar, who we thought was a stand up guy, won’t even have the professionalism to talk to me. Terrible customer service, terrible workmanship. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this company. They are NOT Responsible and professional at all. Now we are going to have to hire someone else to address the issue.

These guys came out to give us a quote. They will try to sell you a water softener and/or solar, so just be aware if that as well. I had some questions they were unsure of and advised they’d follow up with me. I was patient, waited almost a week then followed up. I was told THEY were waiting on ME! Anyhow, I shrugged it off and was advised they would send the invoice to me that evening to sign off on our project so we could get started - that never even happened so we decided to go with another company. 0 out of 10, would not friend again! If poor communication, a bait & switch sales pitch, or a company who plays the blame gain is your thing, you may be satisfied with them - but we decided to put our trust in another contractor.

These guys were amazing. Did my landscaping and privacy fencing everything came out perfect as planned would definitely recommend Oscar helped me out a lot but the whole team in general was very helpful throughout the process.

pésimo servicio en todo no lo recomiendo

We hired this company for landscaping and a privacy fence. The landscaping work was done well, we had turf and rocks installed and have no complaints regarding that portion of the project. Unfortunately, the privacy fence has been a major issue. The fence posts were not cemented into the ground, and shortly after installation the fence began pulling away from the wall. The rock wall supporting the fence is now falling apart, and the gate no longer opens properly. We contacted the company multiple times as soon as these issues started. They did attempt one repair to the wall, but it failed, and the problems continued. We have been consistently calling and following up since then. Now, they are refusing to come back and fix the issues, stating it has been over five months, despite the fact that we reported the problems early and repeatedly. It is also concerning to see what appear to be employees leaving positive reviews, which does not reflect our experience with the fence installation or the lack of follow-up and accountability. While the landscaping portion met expectations, the quality of the fence installation and the customer service afterward have been very disappointing. We would not recommend them for fencing work unless these issues are addressed and properly resolved
