I never thought I would leave a bad review as he always seemed honest and trustworth for our other repairs. But recently he wanted to charge my family WAY WAY above market price for parts and labor. We respectfully declined. I did my research and it saddened and angered me that he would try to take advantage of my family.

I'm sorry to hear that. But I never mark up the part price. Sometimes I run into issues with customers over parts pricing. This is because I use original manufacturer parts. If customer can find part more cheaper than us. I always tell the customer, You can buy the parts yourself, and I will only charge you for the installation. I apologize for the oversight. If there was an overcharge on the part prices, I will issue a refund for that portion immediately. Thank you.

The technician who attended to our issues was very friendly and successfully resolved two out of the three problems we presented. Regarding the remaining issue, he was forthright in explaining that the repair cost would have amounted to approximately two-thirds of the price of a new appliance. This level of service was greatly appreciated, particularly given the inconvenience that malfunctioning appliances can cause. While not every problem was ultimately fixed, their dedication to addressing the issues was commendable. The timely communication was certainly a positive aspect of their service. I would consider engaging their services again for any future appliance requirements.
