The quality of the decor and furniture she used was way higher than what the seller had. It was laid out to show rooms but not get in the way of the flow.

So grateful we found SP Design! Can't recommend highly enough!!
In the early 2025 market it isn't like things are flying off the market like a few years ago, and we were nervous about re-listing our house having not sold it 18 months earlier. But Susie and her team made the whole home absolutely shine in it's best light, and within in a week on the market, we received 4 offers!
Her teams extra attention to the details that warm up the property (things like wooden chopping boards in kitchen, plants and candles strategically placed, blankets etc.) I think really made the difference in how warm the home felt when you walked in. Of course her style is impeccable, and everything was so cohesive, but also not too matchy matchy, but it is how well her team put everything together and the little touches that I think really make their staged homes stand apart.
Susie is responsive, worked quickly to deliver for us, and clearly communicated what we could expect. Her professionalism is top notch. I know her work made a difference in our home sale!
