However, several low-rated reviews highlight issues with lost or damaged items, unresponsive communication regarding repair estimates, and perceived high pricing for basic services.

Dress came back clean even from a stain from 20 years ago!!! One of the breast inserts was out and clipped to the front but no explanation was left. I was going to take them out anyway so I wasn’t worried. My husband’s uniform came back great with no issues.
Response from the owner · a week ago
Melinda, thank you for the five-star review. We’re so pleased the long-standing stain came out and your husband’s uniform was returned in great shape. We appreciate you letting us know about the breast insert being clipped to the front, we will share that with the team so our handling and notes can improve. We look forward to helping you again.
