Customers frequently cite fast turnaround, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing as primary benefits of the dry cleaning services. Recurring themes include efficient communication, same-day availability, and loyalty discounts for repeat patrons. However, low-star reviews highlight issues with quality control, such as items returning with pet hair, stains, or physical damage. Additional complaints mention communication failures regarding lost items and unresolved claims for compensation when garments are ruined.

I’m new to the area, and Sparkle Cleaners on Sunrise had great reviews, so I went there. The people are all so friendly, the service was incredibly fast, the price was reasonable, and they did a quality job on the cleaning! They even texted me to let me know how much they appreciate my business. They are truly a quality establishment.

I had called around to various cleaners asking the price to clean a dress. Sparkle was the only one to mention the possibility of using one of their current coupons. When I dropped it off they gave me the price with a coupon. When I picked it up the price was even better with a different coupon. So happy I gave Sparkle a chance and my dress looks great!
Peggy, we’re so glad you gave Sparkle a chance and that the coupons made a difference. It’s wonderful to hear your dress looks great at pickup. We appreciate your trust and look forward to helping with your next garment.

I’ve been a patron for almost 20 years. Their service is 5 stars. Used their door to door service when I was working and they never disappointed me. Now retired so use them on occasion, last time was in Labor Day when they were closed but they have a drop box that worked great.
Michael, we truly appreciate nearly 20 years of loyalty. It’s great to hear our door-to-door service was dependable and the drop box was convenient over Labor Day. Enjoy your retirement, and we look forward to helping you whenever you need us.
