I will NEVER use them again. I used them for months and they were ok. But this last time they texted me while the cleaner was here that, the condition of the house needs a premium deep clean (extra $75) and an organization fee since there are things lying around ($60) I agreed. My house is a bit more messy this time …but THEN they said “do you want us to do the dishes? That’s an extra $60” in what world does a cleaning not include some dishes in the sink!?!?! Every other time I used this company they cleaned the dishes. SO long story story short what was supposed to be a $240 cleaning just turned into a nearly $500 cleaning. I mean I could have refused they did ask approval for the charges but I needed the house cleaned. I feel like I’ve just been mugged.
i thought it would be just ok but it actually made my day, a definate mood lifter, it was so relaxing my freind already asked for the number
