Great experience with the Gregg. He was able to accommodate us on short notice and did his best to thoroughly inspect the house. The inspection was detailed, and the report was completed and delivered very quickly. Professional, responsive, and highly recommended!
Gregg did and excellent job I would highly recommend him. The report can back in a couple of hours. This was our 10 month new construction inspecting. He was great to work with!
Gregg was friendly and professional. Walked me through the process and created space for questions. The report came in quickly and it was very detailed. Great job and I highly recommend.
Gregg did an amazing job on a property we wanted to buy off market with a very large ADU. His attention to detail is amazing and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Highly recommend!
I hired Gregg to do an inspection of new construction. I found him to be friendly, professional, and thorough. I would not hesitate to hire Spear Home Inspection again!
Very thorough, professional, and personable!
Gregg did an inspection on a condo I was purchasing. He was friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. His report came the same day as the inspection and was easy to read, with the most important issues highlighted. I would definitely use Spear Home Inspection, Inc again and will refer others for his services.
Second time we’ve had the pleasure of working with Gregg. Strongly recommend!
This was hands down, the most thorough inspection I have ever received on a home. Gregg was amazing from start to finish… worth every dollar we spent. I would highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.
Gregg came highly recommended by our realtor Annie Kemp, Keller Williams. He was very professional, upfront about the costs and sent a very detailed email the evening before the inspection explaining what we should expect the day of inspection. On the day of : We were able to have a discussion prior to inspection to address what are major concerns were. He was very thorough during the process itself. He did offer to provide a post inspection discussion to run through all of the major areas he went through. We weren’t able to stay for the post discussion, but that same night, he provided us with a meticulous report with videos, photos and notes. Overall, Gregg very friendly, thorough and easy to work with. My husband and I highly recommend him!
