This establishment is very efficient! I dropped my vehicle off, they had it diagnosed and ready for pick-up within a couple of hours and at a fair price! They informed me of all that needs to be done and worked with me to get the most important safety things done now. The staff is friendly and very helpful, easy to work with. I will return to have the other work done as I can, and if any emergencies come up… this is where I’ll be bringing it!

Great, Professional service!!! Our vehicle needed a new tire due to a slow leak. Gave them a call and told them what was going on. They had us stop by. They checked their inventory and had exactly what the car needed. They were even able to put the new tires on and everything at this time. Very impressed by their professionalism! I have an old renegade, I feel comfortable coming to this shop as a female. They always treat me fairly and respectful. They provide fair and honest prices and communicate effectively. The job gets completed and I have never needed to return to fix something they repaired again. Moe and Abe are pleasant and helpful, and make auto repair quick and painless. Today I needed headlight replaced and Moe took me right in even with the shop busy and took care of me right away. Very grateful for the exceptional service yet again. I tell all my friends you won't regret coming here.

I recently moved to the area and looked for an auto repair company near St. Clair Shores, MI that worked with Audi vehicles. ChatGPT delivered a few and Special One Auto Repair was on the top of the list. Being in branding and marketing I didn’t think much of it because there are a lot of things people can say and ways to look impressive and the true test is always the actual experience. They blew me away with their kind, helpful, personal customer service. I 100% found the business I’ll keep going back to and tell people about because when it comes to anything I care about, I don’t only value excellence and quality, I value authentic relationships.

Where do I begin?!?First off let me state,My family & I were having severe money problems like no extra and some bad luck on our primary ride as well. We bought our 2019 Ford Escape after lease expired but engine blew.So our extra ride 2005 Town & Country with 320,000 miles on it had to get us where we needed to go..So fired it up in October of2025 but Had issues with my vehicle back in January, It died on the road & was towed to Warren impound. After dealing with the hypocrisy of that price just to get it out.I didn't know where to take it, Asked around and the fact close to my home had it towed to Special One, but I asked and told him didn't have any money to fix it immediately, due to the $750 to release it from the impound. It took longer to get cash together, Abe patiently waited longer that he and I both thought.That fact alone was amazing. Especially size of their lot, & never making me feel bad for being broke or maybe upset for sitting. BUT NOT HERE,HE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE FAMILY OR LIKE A LONG TIME BUDDY. Abe put a new fuel pump in, FIXED the serpentine belt got it running, was still running rough and put a ignition coil in .All good. Here's where it gets interesting, trying!, in life.....but back to money problems,The front brakes started grinding, then real fast it went to grinding to 100% no brakes at all. I was scared what that might cost! So Abe and crew,fixed front brakes, rotors pads,1 caliper! Saved one caliper..I knew for awhile right front had some issue,so he also fixed front right bearing and tie rod end and free alignment. Amazing price, the car drives AMAZING. I had the Cash for the work but it left me with no money for a week. He let me slide for $100 for 7 days because of the relationship we had and the type of guy he is. I'm sure this is not a standard procedure and probably doesn't like to do it.but it shows what type of man and business he runs... In closing, I have been pretty fortunate and well off most of my life till recently so my dealing with used cars is pretty minimal matter of fact mostly dealt with leases and warranties and dealerships... Other times I had a used car I felt like everybody was trying to rip me off.. Special is truly special Abe and staff are fair, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thank you again Guys! Mark

Let's just start off by saying this owner Abe and his team is amazing. I went in to get my breaks done on my 2019 jaguar and they did an amazing job on them. Then I had went back to them for my coolant system which caused me some money 💰 they helped me with more than my coolant system and didn't charge me for it. It is hard to find a shop that is willing to work on European cars.l suggest this shop if you need help with yours. They will truly work with you. They are the best for my jaguar
