My garage door opener was malfunctioning. It was having issues opening and closing. I was headed out of town in the next few days, so I needed it repaired quickly. I called Spectrum Overhead door just to come out and take a look to see what was going on. David, the technician, showed up the very same day that I called. He saw the problem and showed me the garage door spring that was broken. He said he could replace both springs right then. I was shocked because I was thinking that I would need to schedule the repair once I returned from my trip. Anyway, he replaced the springs in less than 30 minutes! I was amazed how fast and efficient David was. It was a super fast response, fast repair, quality work, and a great price. I highly recommend Spectrum Overhead Door!

We got same day service! David did an excellent job explaining why we have the problem we have with our garage door - a foundation problem but after 54 years I am not surprised. I have purchased garage door panels from Spectrum three times in the past to make repairs on family member garage doors. I had planned to purchase an entire garage door system and install it with the help of my son-in-law. I consulted with CeCe, multiple times, in the Spectrum office (Parts4GarageDoors). She was so helpful as we discussed a regular door versus an insulated doors. Ultimately we settled on an insulated door. We also picked a four panel door design with windows for our 16’ door. It’s a more modern and updated look. Well, my so-in-law felt like this was turning into a bigger job than he thought we could do. I called CeCe again and asked if she would be able to get the door installed for us. She told me they had installers who work for Spectrum and she would check with them. She was able to sell me the door system of my choice and also provide the person install the door. Chris is the technician who installed our door and he is a true professional in every sense of the word. He was very methodical in dismantling the old door system and installing the new door system. He kept the work area clean and organized. The installation was completed in a timely manner. I’m so glad we didn’t try to do the installation ourselves. Both CeCe and Chris went above and beyond to answer every question I had. Many questions for my own curious interest and understanding of how and why. Both seemed to have no issues with my questions and answered each and every one of them. I would HIGHLY recommend Spectrum Overhead Door for your replacement parts and for complete garage door systems and installation. Thanks again to CeCe and Chris who took such great care of us. I forgot to mention we had gotten three purchase/installation quotes and were floored by how expensive the quotes were. Spectrum was MUCH less expensive than the other quotes and the quality of our garage door is exceptional!

Highly recommend! I recently hired Spectrum Overhead Door to repair my solid wood garage door. Before deciding, I contacted four companies or individuals and received four different "diagnoses." The bids ranged from $189 to $3100. Dave was outstanding to work with. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and didn't try to upsell parts or services. He rebalanced my door, tightened and lubricated all hinges, and replaced a few missing nuts. He was also the only one to notice that the Marantec track had detached from the wall above the garage door, which had been causing extra stress on the motor, and he securely reattached it. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a heavy, solid wood door!

They repaired my garage door on 9/10/2026. Experienced, professional tech. Repaired 2 different problems. Did not try to push me into repairs I did not need (and didn't try to convince me to get a new door!). I am very pleased and would definitely use them again.
