We’ve had a good experience overall! Elizabeth is very personable and easy to communicate with, which makes scheduling and coordinating super smooth. Her team does a thorough job, especially when you provide clear instructions or specific areas you want extra attention on. They’re very receptive and willing to adjust to your preferences.
I also appreciate that she has you walk through and check everything at the end to make sure it meets your standards, which shows she cares about customer satisfaction.
Overall, a solid service and a great option if you like to be a bit hands-on with direction to get exactly what you want.

Five stars isn't enough for Elizabeth and her team at Spectrum Cleaning.

I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough. I came to her with a genuinely difficult assignment: helping a dear friend whose home needed a thorough deep clean after a serious illness and hospitalization. It was a large, emotionally charged project, and Elizabeth handled it with professionalism, warmth, and a remarkable "can do" attitude from start to finish.

From our very first meeting, she was organized and focused, providing a detailed and reasonable estimate right away. What truly sets her apart is her flexibility and responsiveness. She was referred to me through an agency and made herself available for this major project on just one day's notice.
Elizabeth and her team went far above and beyond the cleaning itself. She helped me with laundry at an off-site laundromat, washing, drying, and folding, and assisted with hauling away items that were no longer needed, all in the same day. That kind of all-hands, whatever-it-takes approach is rare and genuinely invaluable.

If you are looking for a cleaning service you can trust with something important, not just a routine job but a situation that requires care, competence, and real human kindness, Spectrum Cleaning is the answer. I am already planning to hire Elizabeth on an ongoing basis, and I recommend her without a single reservation.
