Customers consistently praise the shop for honest pricing, punctual appointments, and clear communication regarding repairs. Reviewers highlight the friendly, professional staff and clean waiting area, noting that the business avoids unnecessary upselling and often resolves issues quickly. While one low-star review alleged severe vehicle damage, a separate one-star entry clarified it was a user error in rating, leaving no other recurring negative patterns in the feedback.

Can’t thank Speedi Automotive enough!
Driving from out of state, my car broke down about 15min away from Speedi - they offered help to diagnose the issue on call, without expecting business in return. They even went out of their way, to arrange for a tow truck outside of their business hours later in the day. Super grateful, and love the customer service!
Speedi Automotive is a great locally owned and operated shop. I never have to wait long to get my car in for an appointment, and the team is always honest, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend them for reliable car repairs in the Rutland area!
Got me in at my exact appointment time, finished a little quicker than expected and the price was a few dollars cheaper. Very professional and courteous service, definitely my go-to place from now on

Thank you Andre for the sweet review! Its the best feeling to know you did your job and the customers satisfied!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Speedi Automotive ! What a great experience my husband and I had getting our tires changed over. Right from the beginning every single person we dealt with was extremely kind and friendly. They were very communicative and made us feel very comfortable. When I walked in for the first time I was blown away by the lobby area. I’ve never seen a more beautiful lobby area for an auto repair shop !!!!! They have beautiful couches… gorgeous slab wooden tables to read at or do work at while waiting… a snack station with coffee and tea !!! They even had books for my little one and toys for her to play with ! I wanted to hang out there all day ! This was our first time coming here and we will definitely be bringing our business back ! The customer service was incredible and they did everything they said when they were going to do it ! The prices are also very reasonable !!! We look forward to doing business in the future with them !
