I rarely if ever post negative reviews. I usually chalk bad customer experiences to personnel’s having a bad day, but this was a case of blatant confusion and inept communication skills. I’m very disappointed by the disconnect between this studio’s advertised services and the actual customer experience. After a great phone call where a staff member seemed receptive to a design consultation for my store’s window decals (moving from my Canva drafts to more professional branding), I arrived to their office only to be completely written off. Despite their website explicitly stating they offer 'one-on-one consultations to select the best designs' and can 'create the exact graphics and look you want,' the individual I met with didn't even read the recap email I sent. She dismissed my needs by saying I needed a 'marketing consultant' the very same work she had offered to assist with the day prior. I was ready to make a lofty dollar investment to execute this project + more if the service was decent, but it was clear she wasn't interested in listening or didn’t even read the email (as she assured that she would). It’s unfortunate, because a little patience and following their own stated service model would have gone a long way.
