We called Spencer Home Services to clean out roots that were growing in our sewer pipes. They were highly recommended by a friend who used them. The office staff was very professional and got back to me promptly. Their technician arrived right on time the following day and took care of the problem. They showed me a video of the roots blocking the pipes and another video after the pipes were cleaned. They did an exceptional job. Were very courteous, professional and the clean-up was meticulous. We highly recommend them.

Oscar, Caesar and Chuck were outstanding workers and very professional. They are courteous, conscientious and personable. From the time they arrived, they were on the job and based on my observations they had a plan that was well thought out and if they ran into any issues I certainly didn’t notice.
They took the time to explain the process of the clean out and installing a liner into the main drain. They worked closely with one another, very familiar with each other’s approach.
Was I pleased? Well beyond any expectations. I endorse this team from Spencer Home Services. If you are in need of any type of service that they offer and if you are fortunate enough to land them, you will be totally satisfied with the work they do.

So I was lucky enough to have the chance of working with rich, Oscar , Cesar and chuck a few days on a visiting training and all I can say is what a great team those guys make. You won’t find a happier or more up beat tradesman to enter your home these guys are top of the line neat and clean with great execution of job completion if they offered more than 5 stars for the review I would give it these guys were so happy to just be doing what they love the day was filled with jokes and laughter it didn’t even feel like they were working (these guys clearly love what they do and making there customer happy on a personal down to earth connection) don’t hesitate to call Spencer plumbing you won’t find a better quality of workmanship !!!
