I needed a job and spherion was the first place I went to. The staff was very nice and helped me get a job that same day! They were very informative and helped you with the schedule you need. They got me going right away I appreciate their help to keep putting food on the table for my family.

I highly recommend Spherion Staffing in Fresno! I’ve been with them for about 4-5 months, and they’ve been very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. When my previous assignment unexpectedly ended, they helped me find another job within a week and even assisted me with getting the PPE needed for my new position. Monica and Liz have been especially helpful, and I appreciate how they always remember me by name whenever I call. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine support have made a big difference during these hard times. I would definitely recommend Spherion Staffing to anyone looking for a job!

Did a drug test and cleared my background check 2 weeks ago, and they said they would let me know. All for nothing. Called them a couple times to get an update on the job search but still nothing. So I’m confused on these reviews saying they were provided with a job right away, you’re honestly better off going to a different temp agency. Update, received a call 2 months later when I had already found a job.
Alex, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We would love the opportunity to discuss this further and help you find the right role.
