Customers frequently highlight the staff's helpfulness, friendliness, and ability to guide guests through the spin art and rage room experiences, noting that the activities are enjoyable for both families and couples. Recurring themes include the creative nature of the sessions and the value of making souvenirs. However, some reviewers criticize the facility for appearing grimy, with issues regarding broken gear and unclear cleaning protocols. Other complaints involve strict cancellation policies, perceived high pricing, and rigid enforcement of late arrival or closing time rules that resulted in denied entry or poor communication.

This is a very creative concept that rewards poor artistic people like myself. It’s a rage room, spin art combo but you have to make an appointment to choose your experience. Carly was an amazing employee to us and made us feel incredibly welcome the whole experience!

Jackson, thank you so much for coming in and for the kind words! It's great that the Rage Room and Spin Art combo was a hit, and you've nailed the idea: you don't need to be an artist to make something awesome here. We'll pass your shoutout along to Carly, and she'll be thrilled to hear she made you feel so welcome. Whenever you're ready to smash or splatter again, we'll have a spot waiting for you!

This was a really fun experience with my husband. We did the spin art and created some canvases while throwing paint around and on each other. We want to go back and do the Bear next. If you are a creative or artistic person I recommend this place.
The customer service was great and they even helped us find them cause we got lost.

Regina, this absolutely made our day! Spin art plus a little friendly paint-throwing with your husband sounds like exactly the kind of mess we love around here, and we're thrilled the canvases came out great. Glad our crew could help you track us down too, we'll be sure to pass that along. The Bear is waiting whenever you two are ready for round two!
Warmly,
The Spin Art Nation Atlanta Crew
