Customers frequently praise Spire Pest Control for punctual, knowledgeable technicians who thoroughly explain treatments and address specific issues like wasps, termites, and spiders. Positive reviews often highlight competitive pricing and responsive customer service, including effective retreatments. However, low-star feedback reveals concerns about misleading door-to-door sales tactics, hidden cancellation fees, and allegations that services were not performed as described or failed to reduce pest populations.

Alex was great!!! He listened to my concerns and suggested the best treatment to address them, then he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I hope he continues to be the one to do our future quarterly treatments.
Tate from Spire was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. He let me know what he was doing and what to look for in the future. 10 out of 10 customer service.
Trevor Wood was my technician for pest control from Spire. Very respectful and hard working. Went above and beyond when I informed him I had seen some spiders in the house. This company so far has done much more for less and I'm glad I switched to them.
John did a great job, he was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Thank you! 😊
Thank you for the review Sandy. We appreciate your business and feedback for Jeremie.
Had a hard time communicating my concerns. Everything Steve told us was not true. I finally got a hold of John and he fixed everything and did outstanding job.

Just had our annual termite inspection. Brandon came out on time, looked at the bait traps and gave me the great news that all was good. We have never had a termite issue with Spire so the annual cost of the program is well worth the peace of mind. Thank you Nrandon and Spire!
Thanks for your business Peter.
I told theSpire before my service date that we were having some problems withants and spiders. The General MAnager did the service and gave a good explanation about what he did more than normal. Very satisfied with their responce.
