Spirit was absolutely exceptional from start to finish in selling my home quickly in Armory Park, Tucson. He was professional, attentive, polished, and no-nonsense. He handled every detail with confidence and made the entire process seamless.
When an appraisal came in low and we were asked to reduce our sale price by $10,000, Spirit didn’t simply accept it. He requested the appraisal for review, which brought to light an issue with the information the appraiser had received. Spirit advocated for us throughout the process, and the corrected appraisal ultimately came in above our sale price, protecting that $10,000.
That level of attention and advocacy is exactly what sets Spirit apart. Truly a high-end level of service. We couldn’t recommend him enough.

We contacted Spirit to help us find a new home in Tucson for possible retirement relocation. While we ended up choosing another city for our new home, our experience with Spirit was terrific. He explained his process, set up a custom MLS search for us and was always responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. If a friend needed a realtor in Tucson, I would definitely recommend Spirit.

I recently had tbe pleasure of working with Spirit as his buyers purchased one of our DR Horton homes in Green Valley. Spirit was the utmost professional, but fun to work with at the same time. He listed, and sold their contingent home in record time, so they could focus on enjoying the build process of their new home. I fully look forward to working with Spirit again in the future. If you are in need of an exceptional realtor to help you in your home purchase or sale (or both), Spirit is your guy! 100%
