I appreciate the focus on the products and not on fancy theme decorations. Great selection of products that competes very well with other similar retailers, I like the sales and staff that is there to really help. We use the gear rentals department to outfit friends that not necessarily will use the gear often enough to merit buying it. The place has a feel of and old local sporting goods store.
Excelente surtido de tenis ropa y artículos deportivos con ofertas continuamente. En el tercer piso cuenta con un área comunitaria donde se puede jugar pool, carambola y practicar deportes como racket ball y varios más de manera gratuita.
Randy and Tim were very nice and helpful
Employee very friendly. Equipment very clean. Website needs work! Why aren’t there specifics such as photos, brand, directions for use? I rented a luxury air pad but I had to figure out how to inflate as the quick guidance from the employee did not prepare me for the “do it yourself” process of mouth blowing when on my campsite! Ugh - I was definitely not expecting it to be laborious and with little direction at that. If the site had specific instructions, it would have been most helpful and useful.
Love Sports basement for their community service, wide collections, and discounts.
Visited Sports Basement in Long Beach and had a fantastic experience. I easily found the tent i was looking for at an awesome price. Employees were readily available, approachable, and eager to answer any questions. When it came time to make my purchase an employee saw me in line and jumped onto another register to complete my transaction without keeping me waiting. I highly recommend this location.
Found a great pair of Brooks. Wasn't really looking for another pair of running shoes, but the price was amazing and I couldn't leave them behind.
Love it! Great inventory!
The third floor of the Long Beach Sports Basement is run like a community center. That is a very generous approach that builds good will and loyalty toward the store.
Love this store! The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and I love the discount for being a loyal customer. I got a great bathing suit on sale :)
