Sports Medicine & Training Center (SMTC) is not the typical experience for receiving Physical Therapy, and I really like SMTC's approach that begins with warming up the affected body area with moist heat pads before a preliminary stretch of the muscles in that area. Then you are instructed on how to perform theraputic exercises that typically take me 45 - 60 minutes to complete before the appointment's finish that includes a session of electrical muscle stimulation before the final massage and/or stretch.

I've only been to a few appointments so far. I have more to come. I am very satisfied. My physical therapist is very knowledgeable and personable. I am very confident that I will have good results.

Scott and the team at SMTC have provided great PT treatment for me so far. They thoroughly evaluated my injury and how past injuries are likely impacting my current situation, and they are taking my goals to return to physical hobbies I am passionate about seriously.
