I went to Candice. One session and she started the healing process on my lower back. I actually thought the way it felt was just the way it is getting older. Days after still having relief. I can’t wait to go back!
Holy moly, I can’t say enough good things about my experience here with Cordell. I’ve gone in at times when my lower back was so painful that I could barely walk or stand up straight, and I’ve walked out standing tall and moving with significantly less pain. The difference I’ve felt after treatment has honestly been incredible. I’ve also gone in limping because of Achilles pain, and after treatment, I’ve been able to walk normally again. My Achilles feels lighter, less restricted, and much better overall. I really appreciate the care, knowledge, and hands on approach Cordell takes. He actually listens. Whether I’m coming in for my back or my Achilles (or something else I’ve hurt during soccer or lifting), I leave feeling like I can actually move again. I’m so grateful to have found someone who has been able to help me when I’m really struggling with pain and mobility. I’ve recommended my clients here because it’s that great. 11/10 recommend!
Today was my first sports massage with Candice and I had such an amazing experience! She is so sweet and made me feel comfortable from the moment I got there. She did an incredible job and seriously released YEARS of tension I’ve been carrying in my traps and neck. I left feeling so much better and already know I’ll be coming back. I'm glad I decided to give it a try! I was expecting a massage that would put me to sleep. It was interactive, it turned out to be really helpful. I'm really happy with the results it's been two weeks, and I’m feeling so much better. I also discovered some relief in areas I didn’t realize before, which has been a positive surprise.

Cordell was really great. He took the time and attention to figure out my problems and how to address them. I didn't realize how much I needed this until afterwards, but my legs feel brand new! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants sports therapy that really targets what your body needs. Worth every penny!
