A smooth process from start to finish. The cleaning team that came to my brothers house to deep clean did an excellent job! They were friendly and very thorough and the apartment was spotless when they were finished. I highly recommend. Very professional, very prompt and very clean!

I reached out to several companies before choosing this one because of the strong reviews, their reputation as a local family-owned business, and their use of eco-friendly products. Initially I didn't receive a response, but after following up I heard back right away. The owner quoted me and told me that I needed to pay by Zelle or credit card (with an additional fee) in order to schedule. I had some concerns and specifically asked for an invoice and the company's business name. I did not receive an invoice, and I noticed different business names and phone numbers in our communications. Despite those concerns, the owner's friendly communication and the company's positive reviews gave me confidence to move forward. I paid $350 via Zelle to schedule a deep cleaning for a brand-new, empty home. The appointment was booked in advance, and I contacted the owner on the day of the appointment to confirm. He confirmed the appointment. Approximately 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I reached out again and was told that the cleaning crew had been rear-ended and would be unable to make it. If that did happen, I genuinely hope everyone involved is okay. I understand that unexpected situations happen, and I don't fault anyone for an emergency or accident. I was also told that both the owner and his accountant were out of the country and unavailable for three business days, but I was assured that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, after that, my calls and messages went unanswered. I followed up requesting my $350 back and asked that we resolve the situation directly. I also mentioned that, if we couldn't resolve it, I would have to share my experience in a review. I was then told that I was "threatening" him, after which my calls and messages continued to go unanswered. As of the date of this review, I have not received the refund I was told I would receive. The positive reviews were a major reason I chose this company, so I was disappointed that my experience was so different. I would encourage anyone considering this company to do their own research, make sure they receive a formal invoice with the exact business name and payment terms, and carefully consider their payment method before sending a large upfront payment. Again, if the crew was genuinely involved in an accident, I sincerely hope everyone is okay. My concern is not that an unexpected cancellation occurred; it's the lack of communication and the unresolved refund afterward. I'm sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision.
I had my carpet cleaned and am disappointed with the final result. There was a bad smell which I thought would go away once the carpet dried; but it only got worse the next day. Not the first time we have our carpets professionally cleaned but never had an issue with weird smell after getting them cleaned (we get them done every year - but this was the first time we tried Spotless Magic World). Worst thing was I was not able to get through to anyone at the company after several tries and leaving them a voice message (so much for an organization that says they operate 24 x 7 but cannot return our calls).
We just moved in and really needed our upholstered furniture cleaned. My son was having an allergy attack. Magic came out same day at 6:00pm to help me. The service man was so kind and professional. He did an amazing job. We will be using their services for cleaning and car detailing.

The work was great however I ordered the high-quality deep clean, which included a shampoo wash of the carpet. This did not happen, even though they assured me that their machine Would be available after being fixed. $530 seems too high but there’s nothing I can do about it now. My house is clean and that’s all that matters. The house that they cleaned is a house that I’m trying to sell. They were also very understanding because during the time they cleaned, I had multiple appointments.
We had an amazing experience. Extremely professional and detail oriented. The entire crew worked very hard and was incredible. We scheduled the “Thorough Deep Cleaning” and they cleaned our house from top to bottom. At completion, I toured my home and was amazed at the smallest details that they cleaned. Bottom window seals, high picture frames, the top and back of our flat screen TVs! I mean, I looked thinking surely they missed something. Nope. Not that I could find. If you want a “Thorough Deep Cleaning” then this is it! Thank you so much for the service and making our home look and feel spectacular!
