He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. Gene did a great job explaining what he was doing and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate his excellent service and attention to detail. Gene is awesome! Always makes sure we aren't having any issues inside and outside. Always super nice and respectful every time he comes in to check our traps! We do not have any complaints at all ☺️
