Customers frequently highlight punctual appointments, clear communication, and transparent pricing for carpet, tile, and rug cleaning services. Recurring themes include professional staff who provide detailed explanations and thorough results, even for old or stained fabrics. We couldn’t be happier with our quarterly carpet cleaning and enzyme treatment! Bernie is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and positive, and it’s clear he truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. We love supporting a local, family-owned business that takes pride in what they do. Bernie always brings a great attitude, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service from a business that genuinely cares! We look forward to continuing to use them for our regular carpet cleaning needs!

Thank you Jonathan for your 5 🌟 review. We appreciate your support and your review of Bernie. We are happy that you are pleased with the Forever Kleen program and thank you for continuing to do your quarterly cleanings to have fresh clean carpets. We appreciate you and your family.
We had Springer out to clean our sectional. Based on the tag we thought it could only be cleaned a certain way. Bernie honored the request. When finished, he took the time to investigate the fabric further as he wasn't pleased with the results and suggested another cleaning process. As he was out of time for our scheduled appointment, he offered to come out the next morning and perform the second cleaning, only charging us for what was originally quoted. After the second cleaning, the sectional look GREAT! Based on this experience I couldn't recommend them more. Bernie is passionate about his profession and it reflects positively on the company!
