Honestly these guys are great from start to finish! They explain the plan to execute my pond idea and then helped create that idea into a reality! The pond I got was a 10x12 with a waterfall feature! All of them have been super easy going with the process and took the time to clean up everything when they were done! I even had some small complications in my side I didn’t like and they fixed it immediately. I can’t say how much I’m pressed with this company. Even after the job is done they are still coming out to make sure it’s all good and check how I’m doing with the new feature to my backyard! This is not your everyday basic pond company this is a professional crew that creat that hotel/commercial look for yard! Special thumbs up to Andrew! Dude is super easy with communication and updates the whole way through!

Saundra of Springer Ponds walks on water!!! (pun intended). Long story short.... My husband and I have lived at our home in North Raleigh for 47 years. In 2006 we purchased a beautiful old cast iron fountain and had a perfect pond built for it. Every few years a wonderful man would come and seal it for us. I did all the maintenance, skimming, cleaning, painting, etc. 10 years ago this wonderful man passed and away. We contacted everyone in creation to get have someone to seal our pond, to no avail. So, there it sat, our lovely fountain with no water in it for 10 sad years. Then Cheryl Traylor of Six Seasons recommended Saundra of Springer Ponds and Water Gardens. Saundra came for a consult and we knew the minute we talked with her, that our problems were over. She is the “fountain whisperer”. No, she did not seal the pond. Instead, she recommended an entirely different approach: an ecosystem, complete with aquatic plants. My husband is a retired engineer. He is very precise man. She won him over with her mind blowing plans to pick the cast iron fountain up, out of the pond, with her backhoe (that SHE drives), paint the fountain, line the pond with a 42 mil Firestone rubber liner (screwed to the wall of the pond), with a thick fabric pad underneath, reduce the water volume by using large sturdy plastic pond crates, install a pump vault, then cover the surface with rocks, followed by light installation. The entire project was finished in three days. OMG!!! A picture is worth a thousand of my words. See for yourself the results. Through the entire process Saundra and her EXCELLENT team were very professional, they clearly enjoy their work. They were like watching the Blue Angels putting on an air show. To Saundra esthetics is paramount and you can see it in the results. She even introduced us to aquatic plants, bringing some from her own fountains for us to experiment with since September is not the time to buy aquatic plants. Saundra is an excellent teacher. This woman knows her craft!!!! My pond maintenance went to almost zero!! By the time she left, I knew how to take care of our fountain. Seeing our beautiful fountain come back to life with cascading water is giving us pure joy, at night the fountain is spectacular! We can’t thank Saundra enough and.......... at the completion of the project she gave us jars of her "out of this world" Palm Date and Muscadine jelly. 5 star rating well deserved!!!!

Great and patient work cleaning our pond. I had no idea the amount of buildup of debris that had occurred. It’s all gone now, and we couldn’t be more pleased. These people know ponds and are friendly and considerate of your property.

Springer Ponds performed the annual cleanup of my Koi pond. They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their work.

Springer Ponds created for us a peaceful and tranquil recirculating stream. We had the vision, but they were able to bring it to life; twists and turns with water views from the deck as well as soft drops down to the patio below. Their team came out this spring and thoroughly cleaned the entire system, trimmed back the plants and refilled the stream for another beautiful season.

Springer Ponds is incredible. We have had a few experiences with them. We bought a house with a water feature a few years ago and it had not been maintained. We first had springer clean it, they had it done in 1 day and it looked beautiful and we couldn’t believe how much faster the water was flowing. At the time they flagged some additional work that should be done on the feature, but it was still functioning so we put it off. About a year later, hurricane Helene came through and popped the liner and caused drainage issues in our yard that got worse with every rain. We had springer and other contractors quote out the repair. Springer was not the cheapest, and does not do landscaping(they are pond and water feature specialists), so we decided to go with a different contractor. We signed the contract with the other contractor in September 2025 and while their drainage work was done in January 2026, they couldn’t get the liner replacement for the water feature done correctly. They came out repeatedly and were never successful. The water feature was essentially a mosquito nest all of spring 2026. I asked springer to come remediate their work and they were able to quote it and fix it within a week. They were able to take stock of everything done incorrectly by the previous contractor to help me understand what was done and recoup our cost. They have been heaven sent. They are extremely knowledgeable. Don’t go through the same nonsense that Ive dealt with. Just go straight to springer. They do beautiful work. They are worth the cost to have it done correctly and quickly. They are water feature artists.
