UPDATED 10.2.2026 I have been utilizing Sprinkler Repair LLC for eight years. Unfortunately, this morning, I woke up to a small flood in my backyard. An emitter had popped off. I immediately called and left a message for Dawn. 1) Dawn is always kind and helpful, but was unable to fit me in until next week. However, she kept working the schedule, attempting to fit me in before then. Meanwhile, AJ completed a job early, was nearby, and Dawn called, inquiring if she could send him my way. YES 😃 2) AJ worked miracles, was kind, gracious, and in no time at all had repaired the emitter, and reset the sprinkler control box to run properly. Because of employees like Dawn and AJ is the reason I am a loyal customer to Sprinkler Repair LLC. ***** [2018] Approximately seven months ago my watering system stopped fuctioning properly. I called Sprinkler Repair, who sent someone to work on the control unit for my entire sprinkler system. They were on time, polite, explained what was going on (their pricing was excellent), and told me to call if I had any problems. Unfortunately, in March, we had a major power outage, which caused my system to malfunction and no longer run properly. I called Sprinkler Repair for help! David, the owner, advised me to have a nine volt battery available upon his arrival. David was right, my battery was old and needed to be replaced! David reset my system, and everything is functioning properly. David did not charge me for the visit ~ talk about QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE!!! I tell everyone I can about SPRINKLER REPAIR LLC!!!

I am beyond impressed with the service that was provided to us from this business. We had an issue at our property on a holiday, and Sprinkler Repair came out and not only fixed everything, but gave us a lot of their time to explain how our system works, how long to water our plants, and other questions we had as new owners of our home. We feel the price was more than fair, and we feel we can trust this business for any of our future needs. It’s so important to feel that you have a company you trust to call, and we found it here. Ten out of ten would recommend to everyone!

Second time using them. As before super friendly and patient in explaining what broke and how to repair. I was away and found my landscape browned as the irrigation wasn’t working. They quickly filled me in the next day for a 6am slot. Colin identified a fault in the control box and said he could replace the module rather than the entire box. He gave me a quote which I felt was very reasonable. It took him over an hour to pick up the part with no extra cost in the service call. They are very honest and transparent in their costing
Collin and Jeff were the technicians that came to our home. They were both highly respectful and explained things thoroughly. We had low water pressure on our lawn so the existing 15 foot sprinkler nozzles were exchanged for 12 foot nozzles.. When the water pressure unexpectedly dropped even more they replaced the new 12 foot nozzles with high-efficiency rotor nozzles and did not charge me extra for the unexpected issue. They also replaced two broken sprinkler heads, which they found upon changing the nozzles for the second time. I do wish I would have been informed that they were broken and asked about the additional cost of the heads before they were replaced. However, I would have wanted them to be replaced since they were broken anyways. They took extra time to help adjust the nozzles so that they would not spray the concrete slab as much. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would contact this company again for future needs.

Noel was wonderful to work with. He did a full inspection of my 15 year old irrigation system and made all of the necessary repairs. I feel terrible that he was attacked by ants that had made a giant colony around a broken sprinkler head that he went to replace. He was a trooper and did excellent work! THANK YOU NOEL!

John, Jacob and Alex were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. John thoroughly checked my system and provided an estimate. They were backed up but Jacob and Alex came out on a Sunday to get my system up and running. I’m from Florida and new to drip systems but they all took their time explaining how the controller and system worked. I’m very satisfied and will definitely call them again.
