Customers frequently praise the store for its knowledgeable staff, extensive selection of irrigation supplies, and competitive pricing compared to big-box retailers. Reviewers highlight that employees are helpful to both professional contractors and DIYers, often taking time to explain products and solve specific system issues. However, several negative reviews cite instances of rude service, inaccurate inventory information, and perceived overpricing, with some customers reporting being ignored or mistreated after traveling long distances to the location.

Great place for PVC parts and well equipment. You don’t have to be a contractor to shop here, and the counter folks, like Joe, will treat you like family, even if you just walked in for the first time. I got all of the 2” pvc pipes I needed from here, even though I didn’t know the proper names for everything. They helped me through it without making me feel silly. Go here. Save time. Good folks.
The guys there are friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. They have taught me so much about irrigation and when I have a question about something, they always answer mt questions.
Great store. Very nice staff. Couldn't imagine shopping anywhere else!
