We hired Sproutbox to help us create a multi-storefront tech stack involving three design systems across seven brands, all within a very tight timeline. It was an ambitious project that other firms passed on, but the Sproutbox team was willing to take on the challenge. The onboarding process was streamlined, and the team quickly adapted its process to fit our timeline and needs. We were fortunate to work with Kelsie, their Lead Design Director, who played an instrumental role in shaping the new look and feel of our brands. Kelsie consistently went beyond the original briefs and did an excellent job translating our ideas into thoughtful, polished designs that genuinely reflect who we are as a company. I also appreciated that she did not simply rubber-stamp every request. She pushed back when necessary, protected the integrity of the design systems and helped guide us toward stronger design decisions. We hired Sproutbox last summer to manage our social media platforms and not only have they increased our engagement across all platforms by at least 50% (some platforms 100%+ increase!!), but they have made the entire experience FUN. I used to stress each week about how to stay on top of social media, between coming up with content, filming, editing, posting -- on repeat.
