I will never be able to rant and rave loud enough over what an insanely good job these guys do. They come to my house and leave in record time, and my car looks IMMACULATE every. single. time. I have been a repeat customer for a few years now, and will continue to do so until they either go out of business or I die. :)

This company is great! Very professional, best service and price. My car had horrible water stains from the sprinklers at my apartment. They are all gone plus they even cleaned my faded headlights. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I used Squeegee Detail for a full detail on October 23, 2025, and it was a mess from start to finish. Unbeknownst to me at the time of booking, Squeegee is not a local detailing shop; it is an overseas lead-generation platform. They farm out jobs to independent subcontractors while providing zero quality control and suffering from a total breakdown in communication. Operating as a disconnected middleman, their dispatch process was chaotic. I specifically scheduled a 9:30 AM appointment to ensure I would be home in time. However, their subcontractor arrived at 9:00 AM. Rather than investigating their own internal scheduling error, the company began hounding me via phone and email. They aggressively threatened a $80.00 cancellation fee and claimed the technician would leave within 10 minutes. Even after I provided my confirmation email proving the 9:30 AM slot, they remained stubborn and argumentative, refusing to take accountability for the mistake. The actual work was even worse. The detail guy took the cheapest amateur shortcut possible and completely slathered my entire leather interior in greasy, high-silicone shine spray. My leather seats were so slick you slid right off them (literally), and he even sprayed down my all-weather rubber floor mats and then left a giant pool of high-silicone spray in my cup holders - FULL of spray. It made the entire floor and pedal area dangerously slippery, which is an actual safety hazard when driving. Squeegee Detail is a poorly managed platform that prioritizes volume over service and safety. Save yourself the headache and your money. Hire a reputable, local, owner-operated detailer instead of this disconnected app.

Raul was on time and setup really quickly. He and his team spent a lot of time on my car and it looks spotless. I am really impressed with their professionalism and work.

Don't waste your money or your time. I called because my son had gotten sick in the backseat of my car just two days earlier, and I needed the carpet cleaned because of the odor. My car was otherwise fairly clean—I have a monthly pass at Kaady Car Wash and take pride in keeping my car nice. I was told to come back for a final inspection after Ragul shampooed the back carpet so I could decide whether I wanted the additional ozone treatment to eliminate the smell. I agreed to the upgrade for $40 after calling the office and confirming that price. Unfortunately, at the first final inspection, I found numerous issues. The car still smelled strongly of vomit, along with a strong, cheap cologne smell. The rearview mirror was dirty, the bottoms of the doors still had a visible layer of dirt, the area underneath the trunk mat hadn't been vacuumed, and, most importantly, I could actually see chunks of vomit remaining near the seatbelt holder—which appeared to be where the odor was coming from. I pointed all of this out to Ragul. I paid for the service and even tipped them, and he and his helper went back to address the problems. At the second final inspection, I told them I was disappointed but eventually let them leave after pointing out a few additional issues. Once they were gone, I took pictures and found that there was still dirt along the bottoms of the doors. The trunk had been vacuumed, but the surfaces above it had not been cleaned or wiped down. There were also still numerous particles of dirt on and underneath the floor mats. For $373 on my credit card plus a $40 cash tip, I expected a professional detailing job and, above all, for the original odor problem to be resolved. Instead, the car still smells like vomit. When I brought this up, the suggestion was simply to open the windows. Honestly, the finished result looks like something I could have done myself in half the time—and I wouldn't have spent $413. Very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the money.
