Disappointed after being a loyal customer for close to 10 years. I was told my home had been underpriced and the cost for this year was over 30% higher. I had thought the past years had been very good services so I agreed to the higher price this year. I booked a date and time and no ever showed up. I called…

They canceled appointment because of rain. Totally understood. But, they had asked us to move all furniture and items away from inside windows to allow easy access to clean. We had done that. I was quoted $110.00 dollars. Received text to confirm appointment. Attached was a revised quote for $150.00. I called and was advised that they have a minimum charge of $150.00. Needless to say I cancelled the appointment. Their customer service is awful.
